Hi! I’m Audrey.
I am a dedicated physiotherapist in Toronto, Ontario with a passion for supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most important transitions.
In infant physiotherapy, I enjoy working closely with babies and their caregivers to support optimal development, movement patterns, and early intervention when needed. I value empowering parents with knowledge and practical strategies to help their child thrive.
My interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy centres on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic health concerns. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident in their rehabilitation journey.
Through clinical pilates, I integrate targeted, functional movement and strength-based rehabilitation to help clients build resilience, improve body awareness, and return to the activities they love. I particularly enjoy tailoring programs to bridge the gap between injury recovery and long-term strength and wellbeing.
My Story
I was born and raised in Ontario, and I moved to Vancouver, BC, in the spring of 2020. I completed my Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Following this, I worked as a Pediatric Physiotherapist in private and public practice for the first year of my career. I shifted to working with adult populations privately, but continued to work publicly at Sunny Hill Health Centre (within BC Children’s Hospital) until I moved back to Toronto in winter 2025.
When I am not working, you can often find me outside. I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, and playing a mix of sports (including ice hockey!). I am also an avid reader and enjoy recreational photography. Staying active and curious in my own life helps me bring energy and creativity to the families I work with.

WHY RIPPLE & FLOW?
Ripple and Flow reflect how the body moves, adapts and heals as an interconnected system - where small, intentional changes create meaningful, whole-body effects.
In infant physiotherapy, gentle adjustments in positioning or movement can ripple through a baby’s physical development. I help guide infants to flow through their milestones-rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and walking-guided in a way that feels organic and responsive to each child.
In pelvic floor physiotherapy, small changes can ripple into large changes in continence, pain, and sexual function. I aim to restore the flow, or the coordinated contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, to support recovery and long-term resilience.
Similarly, in clinical pilates, small changes in alignment, control, and awareness in one area can carry over to the entire body and support recovery from injury. Flowing through smooth, controlled, and mindful movement patterns can enhance function, performance and prevent future injury.
