    Follow-Up Visit (45mins) - $140 CAD

Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy services. Coverage varies, so I recommend checking with your provider for details about your plan.

At this time, direct billing is not available at Ripple & Flow Physiotherapy. You will be asked to pay for your treatment up front, and will receive a receipt with my license number after the treatment.

You are welcome to submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement through your extended health benefits.

Cancellation Fees

When an appointment is late cancelled or missed, that time slot often goes unfilled or I don't have the ability to coordinate with other patients that want to be seen in a timely manner. As such, the following fees will be billed for missed or late cancelled appointments. These amounts cannot be billed to funding or insurance. Exceptions will be considered for emergencies or sudden illness.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (but more than 2 hours) will be billed a standard fee of $50.00.

  • Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice (but before the scheduled appointment time) will be billed a fee equal to 75% of the appointment cost.

  • No-showing an appointment will be billed a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.
